Returns and refunds policy
Car Design Sketches will issue a refund on printed material only if the purchaser returns the print in a saleable condition within 7days from posting date. The Purchaser must also notify Car Design Sketches within 24hrs of receipt of the print of their intention to issue a return and their reason for this. Failure to notify Car Design Sketches within this period will nullify any entitlement to a refund. The condition and assessment of the prints condition will be that of Car Design Sketches only. If a print is deemed ‘unsaleable’, the purchaser will be notified of this decision and no refund will be issued.
In returning a print, the purchaser accepts all associated postage and packing costs
No returns or refunds will be allowed or given on ‘bespoke’ or design proposal material.
If a refund is granted, Car Design Sketches will issue a cheque or transfer money electronically within 30days.
