I will e-mail you a quote, based on your description and photographs. Photographs help me to take note of lots of detail
and helps with colour matching.

If you are happy with the quote and want to proceed I ask for orders to
be paid for in advance. You can pay by logging onto www.paypal.co.uk
and sending the quoted amount to cardesignsketches@tiscali.co.uk.
I will email you to confirm that I have received payment.

I will let you know how long your order will take. (this varies a lot due
to orders at the time). At busy times, I operate a 'waiting list' but try to
complete orders asap without compromising quality. When your artwork is finished, I will send you a thumbnail, so you can check it's to your liking.

Assuming everything's to your liking, I will print and dispatch your order.
It will be wrapped in tissue paper and protected in a
sturdy cardboard mailing tube.
